Fun Packaging
While shopping in the US, I spent a lot of time looking at labels and packaging. I can’t help it – the packaging is very enticing and fun to look at. Here’re some of my favorites: (they taste good too.)

It's funny because when I go home, I always spend hour at Auchan or Monoprix looking at French food labels. I usually find that the packaging method are more interesting and fun in Europe. I sometimes keep empty cookie boxes or chocolate wrapper for a long time before they start cramping my pantry shelves.
I really enjoy your blog, your travels and experiences. Thank you!

Thanks for your nice email! It's so funny - we do the same thing! I keep the wrappers in a kitchen drawer too. Recently, I've taken to sticking nice ones in my moleskin book.
It's nice to see things with someone's eye isn't it? The cereal row in the US supermarkets is the yogurt equivalent in France. There're so many nice things in both places! We just need to know where to look. :-)

Is Pirate's Booty very well known in the US? Like Lay's potato chips? I loved it too! Too bad I only bought one bag... actually, all my US goodies are almost gone, except for the 6 family size jars of Jif's extra crunchy peanut butter. Oops.
